“Keshi’s Exit Must Be The Craziest Decision We Will Ever Make As A Nation” – Okocha
Super Eagles Captain, Austin Jay Jay Okocha has reacted to the viral report of Stephen Keshi quitting as super eagles.

The former Super Eagles skipper Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha told super sport that Stephen Keshi’s resignation will be one of “the craziest decision we will ever make as a nation”.
Okocha who hailed Keshi as the “best indigenous coach Nigeria ever had” insisted that the Keshi deserves to stay longer in his post.
“I don’t think his future is in doubt. [Keshi's] exit must be the craziest decision we will ever make as a nation. He will come out of this competition as a better coach though,” Okocha said.
The former Nigeria international, also argued that as long as Keshi is in charge of the national team, results will get better with time.
He added: “The future looks bright for me. He has gone about the business the right way by going back to our local league to pick the next Keshi, Mikel and Omokachi in the future.
“He is planning well for the future for Nigeria. He is on the right track.”
